ZurichGo offers guided nature-based journeys designed for reflection, presence, and connection with the natural environment. By requesting and participating in a journey, you agree to the following terms.
Participation in all journeys is voluntary. You are responsible for assessing your own physical and emotional readiness to take part. ZurichGo journeys are not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
Participants agree to follow the guide’s instructions related to safety, group boundaries, and environmental respect. ZurichGo reserves the right to adapt routes, timing, or activities due to weather conditions, group needs, or safety considerations.
ZurichGo is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during a journey.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
More than 72 hours before the journey:
Full refund or rescheduling without charge.48–72 hours before the journey:
50% refund or free rescheduling.Less than 48 hours before the journey:
No refund. Rescheduling may be offered at discretion, depending on circumstances.Weather-related changes:
In cases of severe weather or safety concerns, ZurichGo may reschedule the journey or offer an alternative date.Multi-day journeys:
Cancellation terms are confirmed individually at the time of booking due to accommodation and planning requirements.
Insurance
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate personal insurance coverage, including health and travel insurance where applicable. ZurichGo does not provide insurance for participants. By booking a journey, you confirm that you are adequately insured for outdoor activities.

Personal Responsibility & Care
ZurichGo journeys involve walking and spending time outdoors. While care is taken to ensure a safe and supportive environment, participation is at your own responsibility. Please inform us in advance of any health conditions, mobility concerns, or specific needs so that we can guide you appropriately.
